Riverwalk Plaza currently has two spaces available for rent. One is an aproximately 4,200 square foot retail space formerly occupied by the northern half of Eckerd Drug Store. This space is an endcap, located at the northern end of the strip plaza building. The other half has been occupied by the Wellsville Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. This space will need new entrances and natural gas utilities because the Sherwin-Williams Store utilized the existing one from the old Eckerds Drug Store. Therefore, we can customize these improvements to specifically suit the new tenant. The space does have ADA men’s and women’s bathrooms and a large storeroom area. The other space is also an encap, located at the southern end of the strip plaza building. This space is 4,800 square feet and is beutifully decorated. It was originaly a women's clothing store and most recently used as a Kubota Tractor Store. The space includes change rooms, carpet and ceramic tile flooring, specialty track lighting, a store room, office, and an ADA compliant unisex bathroom. The building currently contains Fashion Bug, Electric Beach, Radio Shack, Subway, and a Sherwin Williams Paint Store. See associated photos.
